Insurance and Payment

We are currently participating with most dental plans under these insurance companies: Guardian, Assurant, United Healthcare Dental, Cigna Dental, Aetna PPO, MetLife PDP Plus. and Ameritas Dental *It is always best to check with your insurance company directly regarding participating providers and dental plan coverage. You can do this by calling the telephone number on the back of the insurance card or visiting their website (click on your insurance company above for a direct link to the website).
If you have a non-participating insurance plan we will gladly submit the claim for you. Patients should be aware that any deductibles, non-covered services, or patient portions will be the patient's responsibility.
Cash, check, debit card, and all major credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
